By creating an OrchestriX PMO account or using the KEN platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
OrchestriX PMO provides an AI-assisted project management platform ("KEN") that generates project artefacts including RAID registers, schedule analyses, stakeholder communications, and project documentation. All KEN outputs are held in a PM Review Queue — you retain full professional responsibility for any artefact you approve and deliver to clients.
You must not use OrchestriX PMO to: (a) process information classified above OFFICIAL (Australian Government classification scale); (b) input personally identifiable information of third parties without appropriate authority; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models; (d) resell or white-label the service without an enterprise agreement.
Free Trial accounts expire after 14 days. Access is paused — not auto-billed — when a trial expires. Paid plans are billed monthly in AUD. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for partial months.
You retain ownership of all project data and artefacts you create through OrchestriX PMO. OrchestriX PMO retains ownership of the platform, KEN agents, and underlying AI infrastructure. You grant OrchestriX PMO a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
OrchestriX PMO is a decision-support tool. All AI-generated outputs require PM professional review before client delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, OrchestriX PMO is not liable for decisions made based on KEN outputs. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.
